Lovense Nora & Solace Bundle Set Review For Couples

The next Lovense bundle I’ll be looking at is Nora and Solace. 

Like many of the previous bundles, this one works great for heterosexual couples or queer couples with opposite genitalia. 

One is a rabbit vibrator, but with a twist. The other is a male stroker that’s a little smarter than what you’re used to. 

Since Lovense toys are expensive, even in bundle deals, I’ll list the features, who they’re good for, and if I think it’s worth the price tag.

Overview of the Lovense Nora

If you know anything about sex toys, you’ve probably heard of the rabbit vibrator. 

It is your traditional G-spot vibrator with a rabbit-ears attachment to tickle that clitoris! 

The Nora is Lovense’s take on the rabbit. It has rotating arms to give you deep stimulation that will make even the toughest to please hit that orgasm.

As expected, the Nora can and should be connected to the Lovense Remote App, which lets you control the toy remotely. 

By now, you know the drill of what the Remote app can do. Sync to music, sounds, have a long-distance chat, that kind of thing.

Overview of the Lovense Solace

The Solace is a male masturbator with many unique features. First, there’s the connection with the VibeMate app, which syncs to adult videos. 

When you watch your favorite star get it on, it will feel like you’re with them. The Solace is powerful at up to 280 strokes per minute. 

Another feature is the included desk mount that rotates 180 degrees, letting you feel comfortable at any angle. 

Finally, the Solace can be synced to other sex toys, like the Nora. If you’re in a long-distance relationship, these two toys can bridge the gap.

What Are the Main Differences and Similarities Between the Lovense Nora and Solace?

These toys are pretty different, if you haven’t already deduced that, my dear Watson. One is a rabbit vibrator designed for hand use. 

The other is a male masturbator that can go hands-free. The only real similarity is that they are Lovense products, where you can sync both to the Remote app. 

Other differences include things such as battery life, with the Solace having up to 12 hours, triple that of the Nora. 

The waterproof levels are another major difference. The Nora is IPX6, making it suitable for shower use. 

However, the Solace is IPX4, which means you should only use water to clean it.

Are There Any Customer Reviews or Reddit Feedback for This Bundle Set?

Like all bundles, finding reviews of the set itself is difficult. However, we can look at reviews of each product. 

Again, remember that these toys, while well-made, can give people different experiences, as everyone’s genitals, sensitivities, and preferences are unique. 

Nora

Like any Lovense toy, I always look at the reviews on the Lovense site itself first. 

Currently, the Nora has 4.7 out of 5 stars, making it a winner in most people’s eyes. 

The G-spot rotation is the absolute star of the show here; it provides a targeted, deep sensation that is hard to find in other toys. 

The clitoral arm provides great vibration, though it took me a little adjusting to find the perfect angle for my body. My only real critique is the noise,” writes one user. 

In these reviews, the criticism does seem to be its noise level and that its vibrations and rotations can be a little weak by their standards. 

On Amazon, the reviews are mostly positive. Most negative reviews come from the vocal minority who received a dud. 

Other reviewers mention not liking the magnetic charger: 

Whose idea was to make it a click-on charger instead of a charging port like every other thing that has to be charged,” writes one reviewer. 

Finally, while some reviewers on the product page say the Nora is a little too weak, 

Redditors disagree. 

I’m being so for real when I say it’s a struggle to last longer than 4 minutes with my nora,” says one Redditor. 

Solace

Unlike the Nora, the Solace does not seem to have a product review page. On Amazon, reception is mixed. 

One positive review, which I admit made me laugh, said the following:

WOW! This thing just doesn’t hit an incredible job on my knob! Best ever, doesn’t take long to get the milk!!

I don’t think he’s talking about a cow!

One negative review writes, 

“My two main complaints (1) while the speed is continuously variable, it is jerky and can’t be slowed for the edging I prefer, and (2) the motor is so loud that it completely ruins the experience. Great for guys who want to jackhammer themselves off in a few minutes, but big fail for me, Lovense.” 

I do like how these reviews are very factual and science-based. I almost feel like he’s about to pull open a PowerPoint on his grievances with the product. 

Reddit was more positive. 

Overall – The Solace is my new favorite toy. Most toys don’t do it for me. The fact that I didn’t need to take over and manually do it myself was surprising,” writes one Redditor. 

Now, penises are very unique, so your mileage may vary. However, one objective fact is that the toy is noisy. 

So, if you live with roommates or family, and your walls are thin, then tread lightly when using this product. 

What Are the Benefits of Using Lovense Nora and Solace Together?

Since these toys are meant for opposite anatomies, you cannot use them on the same person. 

However, they can be used together for couples. I’ve been a big fan of using sex toys in bed, and don’t see them as a way for desperate couples to spice things up. 

Toys like these can be an incredible part of foreplay. Long-distance relationships can be made more interesting by using these toys. 

Can You Use the Nora and Solace in Public and Solo?

Both toys are not good for public play. Unless you want to lock yourself in a public toilet for a quickie, these toys should be enjoyed within the comfort of your own home. 

They are also great for solo play.

However, you can’t use both simultaneously since these toys are meant for the opposite genitalia. 

How Easy Is Pairing and Syncing With the Lovense Remote App?

I’ve had little qualms pairing and syncing. With both toys, you hold the power button for a few seconds, and it will go to pairing mode. 

Then, you open the app, hit the Add Toy (+) button.

As long as your device’s Bluetooth is turned on and within range, you should see the toy. Also, you should have a more recent phone for the best results. 

Granted, like any Bluetooth toy, there are occasional hiccups. You may need to reset your phone every now and then, or restart the app, for you to see the toy. 

But over time, this hassle is becoming rarer, in my experience. 

Who Is This Bundle For? Target Audience

This bundle works well for the following people:

Couples With Opposite Genitals 

Whether you’re hetero or genderqueer, this bundle will work well as long as one has a penis and the other a vagina. 

The bundle can be great to warm up, or if you are separated due to distance. 

Streamers and Watchers

These toys work well for a couple or separate streamers. The Lovense toys can change intensity depending on tip goals met. 

This feature works even better for the Nora. For the watchers, the Solace is incredible because it can sync to your favorite videos. 

Long Distance Relationships 

I mentioned this feature in the first reason, so I’ll expand upon it here. If you’re in a long-distance relationship, this bundle can help bridge the gap. 

The Remote app has messaging features that will bring you two closer, and both toys can connect to each other. 

The only consideration is if you’re buying a bundle, then the toys will be shipped to the same location. 

Do I Recommend Getting the Bundle Set?

Yes! Both toys are pretty solid if your couple dynamic is compatible with what these toys have to offer. 

That being said, Lovense does have similar toys that you may want to look into before you bite the bullet. 

For example, the Max 2 is another male masturbator that you may want to consider. 

Meanwhile, the Osci 3 is a rabbit toy that has a thrusting motion. 

Remember, these toys are a large investment, and returning sex toys isn’t easy (duh.) So figure out which works for you, and you’ll be in for a great time!
